AmLight Putting AI to Work in Network Operations

The session will show how AI can help network engineers answer operational questions, correlate network events, understand service dependencies, validate changes, and draft maintenance procedures while keeping engineers firmly in control of operational decisions.

We’ll also explore how network topology, graph databases, operational history, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) can provide AI with the context and evidence needed to produce useful, inspectable results.
